Quinoa Dosa


Ingredients:

Quinoa -- 1 cup
Brown Rice -- 1/2 cup
Urad dal -- 1/2 Cup
Salt to taste
Green chillies -- 2
Chopped onion -- 1/2 (optional)
Cilantro to garnish (optional)
Oil -- 2-3 tbsp

Preparation:
  • Soak urad dal and brown rice for 4hrs & quinoa for an hour.
  • Grind the soaked dal,brown rice,quinoa,green chillies and salt into fine paste.
  • Heat dosa pan,add oil pour the batter in round shape like dosa.
  • Sprinkle chopped onions & chopped cilantro on top, cook for a min.
  • Wait till golden brown in color and its ready to serve.
  • Serve hot quinoa dosa with red bell pepper chutney, peanut chutney or coconut chutney.
