Mint Lassi



Ingredients:

Yogurt - 2 cups
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ice cubes - 5-6
water - 1 cup

Preparation:
  • In a Blender  process all ingredients until smoothdon’t over bend as it will become frothy.
  • Pour it over ice cubes and garnish with roasted cumin powder and mint leaves and enjoy your Mint lassi.
