Ingredients:
Multi grain pasta (3 cups )
Olive oil (1 tsp)
Red bell pepper ( 1 cup )
Green bell pepper ( 1 cup )
carrot (1/2 cup)
green beans (1/2 cup)
Broccoli ( 1 cup)
Alfredo sauce ( 3 cups)
Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Place large pot of salted water on to boil. When it boils, cook your favourite pasta according to directions on the box.
- Cut all the vegetables into bite size pieces .
- In a pan add olive oil and add all the vegetables , let them steam for 2-3 mins add salt and pepper to taste.
- In a small pan heat Alfredo sauce for 2 mins .
- When the pasta is cooked drain it . Toss pasta onto a plate or into a bowl, top with steamed vegetables and drizzle with Alfredo sauce.
- Garnish with a little chopped parsley and serve hot vegetable Alfredo pasta.
