Bell Pepper Quinoa


Ingredients :
Quinoa - 1 cup 
 Yellow Bell Pepper - 1 
Red Bell Pepper - 1 
Orange Bell pepper - 1
Red Onion - 1 (Small)
Olive Oil - 1 tbsp 
Salt to taste 
Black pepper to taste 
Cilantro to garnish 

Preparation:
  • Cook 1 cup of Quinoa in 2 cups of water until soft.
  • In a pan add olive oil ,when hot roast onion and bell peppers for a min.
  • Add salt and pepper to taste and cook for one more min with closed lid.
  • Now add cooked quinoa ,mix properly and garnish with cilantro.
