Veg Spring Rolls


Ingredients:
Finely chopped Cabbage --- 2 Cups
Finely Chopped Onion --- 1/2
Chopped Spring onion --- 1/2 Cup
Grated Carrot --- 2 Cups
Soy Sauce -- 2tsp
Chilly Sauce -- 2tsp
Cooking Oil for deepfrying

Salt to taste
Black Pepper ---1/2 tsp
Spring roll sheets --- 10 Sheets

Water
Corn flour or All-purpose flour -- 1tsp

Preparation:
  • Take a pan add 2tsp cooking oil , onion let it cook until onion is golden brown.
  • Add cabbage and Carrot , spring onion and allow it to cook for a min
  • Add Soy sauce , Chilly sauce , Salt to taste and Black pepper powder.
  • Mix it well and let it cook for 2-3 mins,don't over cook the stuffing,Keep the stuffing aside. let it cool down.
  • Thaw the spring roll sheets for 20 mins,separate them gently.
  • Keep the stuffing in the sheet and roll them as per the instructions given on the Spring roll sheets packet.
  • Brush the ends of the sheet with 1 tsp of corn flour or all purpose flour in 2 tbsp of water, so that it sticks nicely.
  • Take a pan for deep frying add the oil,keep it on medium heat and deep fry the spring rolls.
  • When the Spring roll is golden brown (approx 2mins) it is ready.
  • Serve the spring rolls with sweet chilly sauce.
