Ingredients:
All-purpose flour (1-3/4 cups)
HERSHEY'S Cocoa (3/4 cup)
Sugar (2 cups)
Baking powder (1-1/2 tsp)
baking soda (1-1/2 tsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Eggs ( 2 )
Milk (1 cup)
Vegetable oil (1/2 cup)
vanilla extract (1 tsp)
Chocolate frosting (1 cup)
Preparation:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
- In a large bowl stir sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt,mix it well. Now add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla; beat on medium speed of mixer for 2 minutes. Pour batter into the pan.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. let it Cool for 15 minutes; Remove from pan , frost with Chocolate frosting and decorate the cake as you wish.
