Ingredients:
Chicken broth (1 tin)
Lemon grass ( 1 tsp)
Red chilli paste (1 tsp)
Green onions (1 cup)
Garlic (2 cloves)
Ginger (1 tsp)
Soy sauce (1 tsp)
Fish sauce (1 1/2 tsp)
lime juice (1 whole lime)
Mushrooms (3 to 4)
Shrimp/Chicken (3 to 4)
Cilantro
Preparation:
- Heat pan,add chicken broth and 1/4 cup of water bring it to a boil.
- Add finely chopped garlic , ginger,lemon grass.
- After 2 mins add chopped mushrooms,red chilli paste,soy sauce and fish sauce.
- Add green onions and lime juice.
- Add shrimp to the soup and wait until shrimp turns pink then off the stove and add cilantro.
