2 Big Potatoes
Finely chopped onion
Boiled green peas (1/2 cup)
Pepper powder (1/4 tsp)
Chat masala (1/2 tsp)
Red chilly powder (1/2 tsp)
Amchur powder (1/2 tsp)
Salt to taste
Cumin powder (1/4 tsp)
Kasuri methi ( 2tsps)
Bread crumbs (1/2 cup)
Cilantro (1/2 cup)
Preparation:
- Boil the potatoes, peal them and grate them,boil the green peas and mash them.
- Take the grated potatoes add finely chopped onion , mashed green peas , pepper powder , chat masala , Salt to taste , cumin powder ,Amchur powder , kasuri methi and cilantro .
- Mix it well and make it as a patty and dip it in the bread crumbs.
- Shallow fry the potato patty on a pan in 1tbsp oil for 2 mins on both the sides.
- Serve the Aloo tikki with green chutney , Sweet chutney and yogurt.
