Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste
Cilantro
Preparation:
- Finely chop green beans,onions,green chillies and cilantro.
- Heat medium size pan,pour 3tbs oil,add cumin seeds,mustard seeds when mustard seeds pop up,add green chilli's,onions and Channa Dal.(for one cup of chopped green beans add 1/4 cup of Channa)If you like to add more or less its up to you.
- Fry all together for 5 mins and add turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste and fry them for 2 more mins.
- Add chopped green beans,stir the curry so that all the ingredients are mixed well.
- Let it cook for 5 mins,add salt and stir the curry once again and let it cook for another 5 more mins or until beans are cooked.
- Add cilantro to the curry and your green bean curry is ready to eat.
