Spinach (2 bunches)
Paneer (6-8 cubes)
Green Chilly paste (3-4 chillies)
Onion (1 onion)
Tomato (1 seedless tomato)
Salt to taste
Oil
Cilantro
Preparation:
- Boil water in pan,add spinach and let it cook for 5 mins off the stove before the color of spinach changes,drain the spinach and blend into fine paste.
- Fry paneer blocks in 1 tbs oil for 3 mins until lightly brown on all sides.place them in bowl of water.before putting into the sauce pan squeeze water out of it properly this way your paneer will be soft.
- Heat the pan,add oil ,2 cloves of garlic finely chopped,gram masala(1 bay leaf,2 cloves,2 cardamon,1 small Cinnamon stick) and fry them.
- Add finely chopped onions,green chilly paste into the pan cook until onions are brown add turmeric and let it cook for 2 mins.
- Then add tomato finely chopped seedless into the pan and let it cook for 5mins.
- Add paneer blocks into the pan.
- Add spinach paste into the pan and stir curry without breaking panner blocks.
- Cook for another 5 mins,when spinach color changes darker your curry is ready.
- Garnish with cilantro,goes well with Naan and Chapathi.
