Ingredients:
Sliced bananas ( 2 )
Plain yogurt (1 1/2 cup)
Water ( 2 cups)
Sugar or Honey ( 2-3 tsp )
Crushed cardamom seeds (1/2 tsp)
Ice cubes ( 4 )
Preparation:
Add all the ingredients in a blending jar and blend it smooth.
