Tomatoes ( 3 Big )
Peanuts ( 1/2 cup )
Red chillies ( 2-3 )
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds (1/2 tsp)
Garlic ( 2 pieces )
Turmeric (1/4 tsp)
Oil ( 3tsp )
Mint or cilantro (1 cup)
Procedure:
- Cut 3 Tomatoes in to small pieces.
- Take a pan add 1 tsp oil ,peanuts,cumin seeds, red chillies for 2 mins and keep it aside.
- In the same pan add 2 tsps oil,Tomatoes, turmeric , Salt to taste and crushed garlic.
- Fry them for 5 mins,till tomatoes are cooked.
- Add all the contents , mint or cilantro in the blending jar and grind them well.
- Garnish with cilantro or mint, goes well with Rice & Dosa.
