Apple and Avocado Smoothie


Apple and Avocado Smoothie works well as a quick breakfast or a post-dinner treat.

Ingredients:

Apple - 1 
Avocado - 1 
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup 
Lime juice - 2 tsp
Water - 2 cups
Ice Cubes - 1 cup 

Preparation:

Add all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
Pour it over ice cubes and garnish with mint leaves and enjoy your Apple and Avocado Smoothie.

Avocado Shake




Ingredients


Ripe Avocado - 1 
Ice cubes - 4-5
Low fat Milk - 1/2 cup
Fat free sweetened condensed milk  - 2-3 tbsp

Preparation

Using a spoon, scoop out avocado flesh into the blender and add Milk,condensed milk & ice cubes. Blend for 20 seconds,Pour into a glass and drink right away.

Mint Lassi



Ingredients:

Yogurt - 2 cups
Mint leaves - 1/4 cup
Lemon Juice - 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ice cubes - 5-6
water - 1 cup

Preparation:
  • In a Blender  process all ingredients until smoothdon’t over bend as it will become frothy.
  • Pour it over ice cubes and garnish with roasted cumin powder and mint leaves and enjoy your Mint lassi.

Cold Coffee with Ice Cream


Ingredients:

Milk - 1 Cup
 Instant coffee powder -1 tbsp
Sugar - 3tbsp
Ice Cubes - 2 cups

Preparation:
  • Blend the coffee, sugar and milk together for about 30 seconds until the sugar and coffee are mixed well with milk. Add ice and blend at a high speed for a minute until coffee becomes frothy.
  • Serve the cold coffee with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and shaved chocolate turning the cold coffee into the dessert.

Mint Lemonade


Ingredients:
 Lemon juice - 6tsp
sugar - 8 tsp
Fresh mint leaves -1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Grounded black pepper -1/2 tsp
cold water - 4 cups 
Mint leaves to garnish
Ice cubes - 6-8

Preparation:
  • In a Blender add mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar, salt and black pepper and blend together.
  • Mix the mixture with water and pour the Mint Lemonade over ice cubes.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and enjoy chilled Mint Lemonade on hot summer day.

Pomegranate-Blueberry Smoothie




Ingredients
Pomegranate Seeds ( 1 cup )
Blueberry yogurt ( 1 )
Blueberries ( 1/2 cup)
Ice cubes ( 4-5)
Sugar ( 2 tsp)

Preparation
Take a blending jar add Pomegranate seeds , Blueberry yogurt , Ice cubes, Blueberries , Sugar , process all ingredients until smooth.If required add milk.

* You can substitute Pomegranate seeds with Pomegranate juice.

Pineapple-Strawberry Smoothie



Preparation


Take a blending jar add 4 slices of pineapple , 2-3 tsps of Strawberry syrup , 2 -3 scoops of ice cream , 4 ice cubes, 2 tsps Sugar , process all ingredients until smooth.

Pudina Chaas


Ingredients:
Yogurt (1 1/2 cup )
Crushed dry mint leaves(1tsp)
Roasted cumin powder (1tsp)
Peeled ginger (1 inch piece)
Fresh mint leaves ( 10-12 Leaves)
Green chilly (1)
Ice cubes ( 4-5 )
Water ( 4 cups )
Salt to taste

Preparation:

  • In a blending jar add crushed dry mint leaves,5-6 leaves of fresh mint, ginger, green chillies,salt to taste and grind them to a coarse paste.
  • Add yogurt , cumin powder , 4 cups of water and the blend it.
  • Pour the chaas in a glass ,garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve it immediately.
  • Enjoy this drink in summer.

Jal Jeera



Cumin powder and amchur give this drink a lovely tangy flavour.

Ingredients :

Roasted Cumin powder ( 1 tbsp )
Fresh mint leaves paste ( 2 tsp )
Fresh Coriander leaves paste (1/2 tsp)
Dry mango powder (amchur) ( 1 tsp )
Lemon juice ( 2 tbsp )
Sugar ( 1 tsp )
Water ( 4 glasses)


Preparation:
In a blending jar add cumin powder, mint leaves paste, coriander leaves paste, amchur, lemon juice ,sugar , 1 glass chilled water and blend them.
Then add 3 glasses of chilled water ,mix it well and Serve chilled.

Mango Lassi :
Take a blending Jar add 1 cup of Yogurt and 2-3 tbsp of Mango pulp and blend it smooth.Your Mango Lassi is ready to have.

Mango Milk Shake :
Take a glass of whole milk in a blending jar add 2-3 tbsp of Mango Pulp and ice cubes blend it smooth.Your MangoMilk shake is ready to have.

Vanilla Soda

Vanilla Soda:
Take a glass of Sprite(any Soda) in a blending jar add 2-3 tbsp of Vanilla Icecream and blend it well.Your Vanilla Soda is ready to have.

Take a glass of whole milk in a blending jar add 2 tbsp of Strawberry Syrup,add 2-3 tbsp of ice cream blend it smooth.Your Strawberry Milk Shake is ready to have.

Badam Milk (Hot & Cold)


Badam Milk (Hot & Cold)
  • Boil a glass of milk in a container add 2- tbsp of Badam milk powder ,few strands of kesar (optional) to the milk and stir it well.
  • If needed add sugar for more sweetness,add more almond slices for richness.
  • You can add ice cubes and have the badam milk as a cool drink or you can have the hot badam milk.
