Boiled Chana (1 cup)
Chopped Onion
Chopped Tomato
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
Qasuri methi 2 tsp
Mixture or Sev 2 tsps
Cilantro(optional)
Preparation :
- Take a pan add 1 tsp of oil,boiled chana,qasuri methi and salt.
- Cook it for 2 mins and keep it aside
- Take a bowl add 2 tbsp of yogurt and 1tsp sugar,mix it properly.
- Take serving bowl add cooked chana , yogurt mixture , Chopped Onion , Chopped Tomato ,mixture in the same order.
- Add cilantro(optional),Its ready to serve.
