Chana Snack (Chick Peas)


Ingredients:
Chick Peas
Salt to taste
Green Chillies
Chopped Onions
Mustrad Seeds
Coconut Shavings
Cooking Oil

Preparation :
  • Soak Chick Peas in water for 6hrs then boil them and keep aside.
  • Take a pan add 1tbsp oil then add mustard seeds,chopped onion,Green chillies and fry them, when the onion is golden brown then add boiled chick peas, add salt to taste and fry it for 2-3 mins.
  • At last add coconut shavings and fry for a min then the dish is ready to serve.
