1 Cup cracked wheat
1/4 cup chopped carrot
1/4 cup green peas
2-3 green chillies
Chopped onions
1/2 tsp Urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
Cumin seeds
Mustard seeds
Salt to taste
Cooking Oil
Cilantro
Preparation:
- Take a pan heat 1tsp oil ,add cumin seeds , mustard seeds , green chillies, chopped onions , urad dal , chana dal , chopped carrot and fry for 2 min.
- Add green peas , cracked wheat and salt fry for a min.
- Add 2 cups of water and cook for 3-4 mins.
- Garnish with cilantro.
