Ingredients:
Split green moong dal
Chana dal
Green chillies
Cumin seeds
Salt to taste
Chopped Spring onion
Chopped Cilantro
Chopped Mint
Cooking Oil
Preparation:
- Soak 1 cup of Split green moong dal and 1/4 cup of chana dal in water overnight.
In a blending jar add 4 green chillies ,1/2 tsp cumin seeds,salt to taste and the soaked dals. - Grind 1/2 of the dals as fine paste,the other half as coarse.
- Mix them well and add finely chopped spring onion,cilantro and mint.
- Make them as small balls ,flatten them and deep fry in the oil.
