Oil (2tbs)
Onion (1 whole)
Tomatoes (3 whole)
Rajma beans (1 cup)
Green Chillies (3 chillies)
Cilantro
Preparation:
- Soak rajma beans overnight and boil them until they are soft.
- Heat pan with oil and add onions,green chillies and fry until brown,add turmeric(1/2tsp).
- Add tomatoes, cook until tomatoes are cooked well.
- Add rajma to the curry and cook for 5 mins.
- Add rajma masala,salt to taste ,red chilly powder(1/2 tsp) and mix it well.
- Garnish with cilantro and your curry is ready to eat.
