Ingredients:
Toor Dal (1 cup)
Channa Dal (1/4 cup)
Palak (1 bunch)
Green chillies (3 chillies)
Onions (1 whole)
Salt to taste
Red chillies (2 chillies)
Cilantro
Preparation:
- Pressure cook Dal, palak,green chillies for 2 whistles.
- Heat the pan,add oil,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,red chillies,onions and fry them until golden brown add turmeric powder,chopped garlic and salt to taste.
- Add pressure cooked dal into the pan and stir the dal so that all the ingredients.
- Let it cook for 5 mins,add cilantro and squeeze half lemon into the dal to get tang if you like.
