Ingredients:
Spinach (2 bunches)
Water Cress (1 bunch)
Potato (1 medium potato)
Onion (1 medium onion)
Salt to taste
Pepper powder
Preparation:
- Heat the pan with butter or oil(1tbs),add chopped potato and onions fry them until they are translucent.
- Add salt and crushed pepper.
- Add watercress and spinach into the pan and let it cook for 5 mins.
- Blend the mixture into fine paste by adding hot water.If you want the soup thick add less hot water.
- Serve the soup hot with little sour cream on top or yogurt to go healthy.
