Ingredients:
Dry basil ( 1tbsp)
Shredded Cheese( 1 cup)
Butter ( 1/2 stick )
Red Potatoes ( 5-6 small)
Celery ( 2 sticks)
Carrots ( 2 )
Onion ( 1/2 )
Garlic paste ( 1 tsp)
Heavy cream ( 2 cups)
Chicken broth or Veg broth ( 5-6 cups)
Salt to taste
Black pepper ( 1/2 tsp)
Preparation:
- In a pan add butter,onion,carrot, celery ,basil , garlic paste, potatoes and salt to taste ,cook for 3 mins.
- Add Chicken broth or Veg broth and cook for 10 mins then add heavy cream and cheese.
- Cook for 4-5 mins ,sprinkle fresh black pepper and Creamy potato soup is ready to serve.
