Tomatoes 4-5
Eggs 3-4
Chopped onions
Coconut powder (1tsp)
Garam masala powder (1/4 tsp)
Turmeric (pinch)
Cumin seeds (1/4 tsp)
Mustard seeds (1/4 tsp)
Milk (1/2 cup)
Ginger garlic paste (1/2 tsp)
Red chilly powder (1/2 tsp)
Salt to taste
Cooking oil
Preparation:
- Take a pan add 2tsp oil,cumin seeds, mustard seeds ,green chillies ,Onion cook until the onions are transparent.
- Boil eggs remove the shell, make vertical cuts on the egg using a knife and keep aside.
- Add ginger garlic paste , turmeric , tomatoes , salt to taste, red chilly powder , garam masala and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Add milk cook for a min then add eggs and coconut powder cook it 2-3 mins.
- Garnish with cilantro.
