Ingredients:
Green Moong Dal (1 cup)
Rice (1/2 cup)
Salt to taste
Green chillies(3 chills)
Chopped Ginger(1 tbs)
Onion
Cilantro
Preparation:
- Soak green whole moong dal and rice for 6hrs or overnight.
- Grind the soaked dal,green chillies,onion,ginger,cumin seeds and salt into fine paste.
- Heat dosa pan,add oil pour the batter in round shape like dosa.
- Sprinkle chopped onions,chopped cilantro on top.
- Wait till brown color and its ready to serve.
- It goes well with sweet mango chutney or coconut chutney.
