Potatoes ( 4-5 )
Chopped Onion ( 1/2 )
Chopped Cilantro (1/2 bunch)
Cumin seeds ( 1/2 tsp)
Oil (2-3 tbsp)
Salt to taste
Green chilly paste ( 1 tsp )
Preparation:
- Peal,wash and dice the potatoes.
- Take a pan add 2tsps oil,cumin seeds,green chilly paste and onion,fry it for 2-3 mins
- Add turmeric and potatoes and fry for 2-3 mins.
- Then add Salt to taste and cilantro,mix it well and cook until potato is soft or for 4-5 mins with the lid closed.
- Mix it for every 2 mins,add 1tsp of oil if necessary.
- when the potatoes are soft add a pinch of garam masala and mix it well.
- Cilantro Aloo is ready to serve.
