Ingredients:
Shrimp ( 1lb )
Onion ( 1 )
Tomatoes ( 2 )
Ginger garlic paste ( 1/2 tsp)
Garam masala ( 1/4 tsp)
Cumin seeds ( 1/4 tsp)
Mustard seeds (1/4 tsp)
Turmeric ( 1/4 tsp)
Red chilly powder ( 1 tsp)
Coriander powder ( 1tsp)
Coconut powder ( 2tsp)
Salt to taste
Oil ( 2 tsp)
Cilantro to garnish
Preparation:
- Wash the Shrimp and separate the tail from the body.
- Take a pan add oil ,cumin seeds , mustard seeds , onion , turmeric, ginger garlic paste and fry for 2 mins.
- Then add Shrimp fry for 2 mins add tomatoes and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Add salt to taste , red chilly powder , Coriander powder, garam masala ,coconut powder and cook for 5-6 mins.
- Garnish with cilantro,Shrimp Curry is ready to serve.
