Ingredients:
Radish (4-6)
Onion ( 1/2 )
Green chillies ( 3 )
Salt to taste
Oil ( 1tsp )
Mustard seeds ( 1/2 tsp)
Curry leaves (6-8)
Preparation:
- Peal the skin of radish and grate them.Cut green chillies into half.
- Take a pan add oil,when it is hot add mustard seeds,onion,green chillies,curry leaves and fry till they turn to golden brown.
- Then add grated radish,salt and fry for 4-5 mins.Garnish with cilantro and its ready to serve with Chapathi or Steamed rice.
