Poha (Attukulu) (2 cups)
Channa dal (2 tsp)
Peanuts ( 2 tbs)
Oil (2 tbs)
Salt (to taste)
Green chillies (3 chillies)
Carrot (2 carrots)
Onion (1 whole)
Cilantro
Preparation:
- Heat the pan,add 2 tbs oil,cumin seeds, Channa dal, peanuts, chillies, onions, and fry them until onions are slightly brown then add turmeric (1/2 tsp).
- Add carrot ,cilantro and salt to taste and stir until carrots are cooked.
- Before adding poha to the pan soak them for 10 mins in water(sprinkle water on poha until wet)
- Add poha to the pan and stir them for about 5 mins.
- Garnish with some more cilantro on top and enjoy the dish.
