Onion (1 whole)
Cabbage(1 cup of chopped cabbage)
Carrot (1 cup carrot)
Potato (1 cup)
Celery(1 cup)
Garlic(2 cloves)
Oil (1 tsp)
Butter (1 tsp)
Tomato (3 tbs)
Veg stock/chicken stock (1 tin)
Preparation:
- Heat medium size pan, with butter and oil add garlic and all vegetables(onions,cabbage,potato,celery,carrot).
- Let all vegs cook for 5 mins,then add tomato paste with little water and let cook for 3 mins.
- Add salt and pepper and stir the soup.
- Add veg stock into the vegs and stir the soup and let it cook for 10mins.
